From free to pro you need to make few changes again like slider and colors. All the posts and pages will remain the same.
Go to Appearance >> Menu >> Here you can create menu name Primary and add pages after that just click the below checkbox called Theme Location: Primary
3 boxes content hide: Go to Appearance >> Style.css >> Go to line no. 183 and add display:none
Increase phone number text size: Go to Appearance >> Style.css >> Go to line no. 76 and add font-size:16px
