As we saw your request and the you have align the logo in center already also for the galley you can add the once picture of gallery by using gallery post type and create the gallery page and select the template gallery now you can use the galley shortcode for with three different looks please see the documentation.

We have check the site and the loading speed is fine and the slider is working fine also for slider height smaller go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS >> and add this code with your height value.

Find the read more text in content.php file and for the contact form you can find the contact from static text in custom-functions.php file here you can find contact when you find the contact form function you can see at the bottom of function you will see the form tag here you can change Submit button to your language also you can change the placeholder of other input tags within form tag.
