Not fully responsive

Menu blocks overlap on smaller Android devices. Had to write manual media queries to fix it.

Sidebar layout problems

The grid alignment breaks completely when utilizing standard text widgets. Needs layout improvements.

Slow support response

The theme is fine but the customer support team took 4 days to answer a basic navigation query.

Too slow on mobile

Page loading speed is quite disappointing on mobile devices. Needs optimization code in updates.
