    The text you have seen in the sidebar is a default text coming from the sidebar.php file. Go to Appearance >> Editor >> sidebar.phpORYou can use the widget instead default text by go to Appearance >> Widget >> add some widget in blog/page sidebar

    We have check your site and seem that the images you are using is more than 30 MB of size. This cause the website loading very slowly and possibly slider takign too much time to load or not loading. We recommend you to use the image less the 1MB.
