Have you click on the restore default button ? If so the setting will comes default.
Please check again the database if the theme options values are stored properly.
You can go to the sections and in the services shortcode you need to add the icon name in the icon parameter. You can take all the icon names from font awesome
You can go to custom post type “Team” in the backend and select the team post and as you can see the fileds below for adding icon name and links so you need to add the icon names and links there. You can take all the icon names from font Awesome
We are sorry but the drag and drop feature is not available for sections you if you want to move the section you need to add its content to that section.
