Once you install the pro version you can go to Settings >> Readings >> Here you can select latest post options so the homepage sections will be displayed also for theme options you can go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Here you can find all the options.

1) For contact form labels: You can go to Appearance >> Editor >> custom-functions.php >> Here you can find the label texts and change it.

2) You Just need to remove atleast one menu from the navigation bar and it will automatically align.
