Precious Lite and others Category Post In Pages

Is there a tag to add category post to pages with pagination? I tried query_args. I found a plugin but if i could avoid another plugin that would be great

yes. i create pages for my menu. the post i make for certain menu items should show up on those pages. would be great if it was a template feature
