Theme responsive doesn't work properly

My theme doesn’t respond properly to my screen size here. I have included a screenshot right here incase it does view properly on your device.

As you can see, there is whitespace beside the picture/ sliders on both sides, as it does not fit the screen properly. How would I be able to fix this?
