Remove Category and Tag from Blog

Hi,

I’m using Photolite Pro and I would like to know how I could remove the Category name and the Tags for being displayed on my blog pages?

Go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Here you can add blank text widget to blog/page sidebar so the default widget will be removed.

I didn’t mean on the side of the blog but just under the text between the bog and the first comment.
