Relief Pro – Table only visible after scrolling

Only the first column of tables is displayed in this theme until the user scrolls. Then the remaining columns are displayed. Any idea what is causing this or how to prevent it?

Additionally, I see that the field names used to title the input fields of the “Contact Form 7” plugin are not displayed – only the actual input fields are shown. See the bottom half of the same page as identified above. The fields are displayed in themes from other vendors.
