Problem with slider

Hello,

i have a problem with the slider / page loading. (Clovemix Pro)

The site loads very quickly, but the slider always needs 2-3 seconds.

When it has finished loading the browser always jumps to the top.

Is it possible to fix the slider to a position?
(so that are only the images loading and not the size of the slider)
