PhotolitePro Homepage Slider no Main or Sub titles show

Hi, i notice that if i don’t enter a description/tagline in the third box, then the Main and Sub title fields do not appear. Why?
Often i will only want the main title or the main and sub titles, but rarely a description.
As a test i ended up entering a full stop in the description field on the first slide and this allowed the main and sub titles to show. But this looks bad.

How can i overcome this?
