Order on Hold

Why would my order be on “Hold” when everything went through? It’s a digital product and access should therefore be instantaneous.

What if the theme is on hold for longer than 5 minutes?

The hold release automatically once the gateway approved the payment. This process cannot take longer than 15 min.
