No response from Support – usual time to get back?

I have sent a report request to support, but not had any acknowledgement or contact. Any idea what the reply time is?

Sometimes it’s really quick…sometimes not so much. I’ve been waiting all week for a response or to see that they have fixed what’s wrong with my site and nothing. It’s getting exasperating as I want to take my site live but some of the things that need fixing are to blatant.

Thanks. We are the same position, all is ready to go live, but two issues on post that we need to sort out: ‘Posted by Admin’ & ‘0 Comments’ appearing.
