Help with Cardio Theme

I purchased the Cardio Theme and I really like the template shown at

How do I insert my information into that template or alter it? It doesn’t show up as one of my pages or posts, but every time I visit my site http://77.104.146.208/~seriou58/ I see the template

After installing pro version go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Here you can find all the settings.
