Hairstyle – Reducing it to Mobile Responsive

Hi, I modified all the colors from #f86868 (red) on Theme Options > Basic Settings to a blue color; however, whenever I’m resizing the browser, #f86868 appears for sometime until I finish resizing the browser to the minimum.

Can you tell me where is the color I’m missing to change? or which file?
