Cleaning Pro theme – not responsive on mobile phone

I’ve started configuring my client’s website on the Cleaning Pro theme purchased by them, and installed by you. I have checked on my mobile phone and it is not appearing as responsive, yet on your website you advertise it is.

Can you please assist in enabling this to be responsive on all devices?
