Changing footer layout in Nightspot Pro

I would like to make a couple of minor changes in the footer layout in Nightspot pro.

I would like to make the first column the address and contact info and the last column the paragraph column ( you call it about)- basically swapping these two columns.

I would also like to change column 3 from pulling recent posts (we do not blog) to showing our page list

I tried to use a child theme plugin that I’ve used befefore but it failed.
