Change button 'Read More', not show 'Archives' and teamphoto

Hi, I’m very glad with the hairstyle theme, it’s a beautiful theme!
But I have a few questions:

– How to change button ‘Read More’ in banner/slider?
– How to delete/not show the word ‘Archives’ on a page?
– How to get team photo’s more sharpend in the team section?
What image size should I use?

I can’t find it in custom-functions.php file, can you please help me with that and tell me where I can find it exactly? I really want to learn finding it by myself.

Dear author,
I am very happy with your theme. i was able to find and modify in custom-functions.php the “read more” and “see all cuts” button titles. however i didn’t find where to change the “read more” button title on the homepage slider.
