Cardio: Welcome Section Links Broken

I am using the Cardio theme, and although the pages are set correctly through the customizer, and it is pulling text from the page, and the featured image correctly, the href link won’t change from “/#”….keeping me on my home page when I click it. Any idea on how to fix this easily?
