    How can I get the Our team to show as All Team members and not as Archives?

    I would like to add/remove widgets to the right column if possible or change the template?

    Hi

    You need to add members in team post in the backend. For add/remove widget go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Here you can add widgets in page/blog sidebar.
