AwesomeOne pro site header issue

Hi, for some reason, my header cannot show the transparency of the slide pics.

my site is lynnson.com

i put custom css .header .header-inner .nav ul li:hover > ul{background-color:#000000;}

and it is not working.

please fix it.

look at the site lynnson.com the header part, only it scroll down 1cm after, the header start to transparent but I want it start from the very top.
