When I upload, I keep getting this message:

Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme install failed.

Why didn’t this come come with a style.css stylesheet??? I wasted my money!

I have emailed and received no response! I have emailed multiple times! How do I get help with this? How do I get a refund? If not, I am reporting this company for false advertisement and stealing. This is such a scam. I regret buying this theme! Why have themes that don’t work or have all the codes??

I got the same problem when I downloaded the theme.They are fast taking our money but they are scamming people.

I found the solution. Unzip the downloaded file, then upload the zip file inside it.

I am buy same theme, and the problem is the theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

I have communicated with support and the response I receive is that I must give my access data to my wordpress and order number.

Which seems to me unsafe, I have submitted a claim to paypal.

Hi

The file you have download this is the theme package zip file. where include photolite-pro.zip, xml file and sql file so when you finish the download just extract the theme package and you just need to upload photolite-pro.zip in the WordPress. If you still have problem please send us the login details we will upload the theme on your WordPress. After theme installation you can find the options in Appearance >> Theme Options.

There is no photolite-pro.zip, xml file and sql file. I too have been scammed.

Please send us your query to support@flythemes.net so we can provide you necessary files. There is some procedure to install and setup the theme which needs to follow. Before saying scammed think that there is many users are using our themes happily.
Before going to any conclusion you should have you atleast contact support team. We have not run away we are here to help you for any query. So don’t worry have some patience you will not being scammed.
