Once you install the theme you need to go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Here you can find all the settings and you can change the images, content etc.
The Archive and Meta in all the pages are the default widgets if you want to remove or add something else you need to go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Here you can add some widgets in Blog/Page Sidebar.
In the free version there is no need of any demo content since it has few options in customizer so you can build a descent theme. The demo content is available for pro version since it has many options and homepages sections.
The file you have download this is the theme package zip file. where include photolite-pro.zip, xml file and sql file so when you finish the download just extract the theme package and you just need to upload photolite-pro.zip in the WordPress. If you still have problem please send us the login details we will upload the theme on your WordPress. After theme installation you can find the options in Appearance >> Theme Options.
