For portfolio rollover go to Appearance >> Editor >> Style.css >> line no 374 here you can change the color code.

As we have check the site and seem it is on maintenance mode. The elementor plugin comes with its own html and css so when you added to content in elementor editor it comes with html tags and the excerpt functionality won’t work with html tags. We recommend you to add plain text.
