Go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Sections >> Section 8 >> Here you can see the cline shortcode. Here you need to add the image url in the image parameter. Please check this screenshot.

The media option is the default option of WordPress. Where you can upload your images, audio, video, doc etc. The photo gallery options come with our theme here you can add your title and image and it will display in the frontend like image gallery and you can view the image in lightbox. You need to use the Photogallery shortcode to display the gallery in front end.

The menu active color seems orange now but if you want to change it then go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> here you can find the color options to change it.
For portfolio rollover go to Appearance >> Editor >> Style.css >> line no 374 here you can change the color code.
