To change the Read More go to Appearance >> Editor >> inc/custom-functions.php >> here you can find the text and change it.

Image in the blog page should be be displayed but not sure why it does not appear may be any plugin confliction can possible.

Do you want to edit sidebar content? If so the sidebar content is a default content coming from the sidebar.php file. Go to Appearance >> Editor >> sidebar.php >> here you can find the text and change it.
