As I wrote right at the begin, I sent my case 3 times by e-mail to your support, but nobody was supporting me. So I believe it doesn’t make sense to send my e-mail a fourth time. It was a mistake to use your theme, due to difficult communication. It is clear that you could forward my questions to the developers also based on the information you have. But you prefer to ask me to resend the content again and this shows me that there is no will to support customers in a professional way. By the way I am always ready to value support also if it costs a support abo for instant. But I have difficulties to accept endless conversation without any progress.
