Nvm I figured it out, just go to apperiance -> theme options -> homepage slider and clear all slides, that’s all.

I have the same issue as the author.
Why don’t you share with us what’s the issue with the theme and how to be resolved?
It’s super bad experience to buy something which do not working out of the box.
