Where can I find Picture of the Day in the demo for spiritual church theme?

On the demo theme, there is a slot for picture of the day. I have no idea where to find the slot where I can insert an image. It seems like it is found on the inner pages. I don’t see a template for it or as it might be on a specific template under a different heading.

Any ideas where I might locate it? Thanks for your help and assistance.
