How to change Button : ” Read More” and “See All cuts”, for Contact page “SUBMIT”, cause i wanna change the language of the button in French.

I am not able to see Custom-functions.php

Did the file gt renamed?
I’d like to get rid of the “See all cuts” button from the template.
