Theme fix error message on WP

I am getting this message from WordPress “Your theme needs to be fixed for plugins to work. To fix your theme, use the Theme Editor to insert <?php wp_head(); ?>just before the </head> line of your theme’s header.php file.”

I cannot find a <?head> line anywhere in the code. Need guidance

Go to Appearance >> Editor >> header.php >> here you can see the head tag in the top of the file.
