Testimonials – Layout. Need to make separate lines (paragraphs)

I’m trying to make a kind of headline in my testimonials. That is, I want the first line to stand alone, and preferrably in bold. But no matter which code I write, I keep getting the same look. Everything is in the same line…. Even if I use the i.e. li-tag you have provided me with in the editor…..
