    Hi I was wondering how can i get customers to fill out a form so I can have my customer leave a review?
    Other than me typing what they say, Which looks like a fake review?

    You cannot add the testimonial front the front end. You need to use review plugin for this.

    To make pages go to Pages >> Here you can add title, description and featured image.
