Slider Buttons Translation

There is no Possibility to change the “read more” to e.g. German “Weiterlesen” except in Source Code directly.

My Theme: Corporate ProVersion: pro1.0

Same Issue in other Themes with Nivo SLider too.

Any suggestions?
