Size post-thumb

Hi,

I see the thumbnails on the blog category page has different sizes, it looks a little bit messy. Is there a way to give all images the same size? For example: 400 x 250

If a image is bigger than it must me cropped or scaled (which is better?) to the given size.

Hi

The images cannot be cropped automatically you need to resize them by using photoshop.
