I’m using FashionbuzzVersion: 1.2 (http://yourwatchstyle.com/)
Is there any way to make the sidebar wrap below the page content?
With tablets and mobile devices the sidebar is displayed first and my site requires that the page content is displayed at the very top.
My site developer told me that it would require a rewrite of the page.php.
Any advice here would be of great help…January 28, 2016 at 10:30 am #2239FlyThemesKeymasterHi
For this we need to place the sidebar on right side.
Thank You
January 29, 2016 at 4:56 am #2246AnonymousInactiveThat makes perfect sense as a solution.. Thank you..
I’m trying to figure out how exactly I can do that.
I’m kind of a newbie..
I’ve gone to a few PHP files and searched for the areas related to sidebar. I’ve changed text within those areas from left to right with no luck.
Any advice on how i can move the sidebar to the right?
I believe the pro version has this function and I wouldn’t hesitate to get it but have modified the theme to the point that it doesn’t accept a change of theme 🙁January 29, 2016 at 6:48 am #2249FlyThemesKeymasterHi
Go to Appearance >> Editor >> Index.php and replace this code with the old onces and your issue will be resolved.
<?php /** * The template for displaying home page. * * This is the template that displays all pages by default. * Please note that this is the WordPress construct of pages * and that other 'pages' on your WordPress site will use a * different template. * * @package FashionBuzz */ get_header(); ?> <div class="container"> <div class="row"> <div class="col-md-9"> <div class="content"> <?php if ( 'post' == get_post_type() ) : ?> <header class="entry-header"> <h1 class="entry-title"><?php _e('Our Blog','fashionbuzz'); ?></h1> </header><!-- .entry-header --> <?php endif; ?> <?php if ( have_posts() ) : // Start the Loop. while ( have_posts() ) : the_post(); /* * Include the post format-specific template for the content. If you want to * use this in a child theme, then include a file called called content-___.php * (where ___ is the post format) and that will be used instead. */ get_template_part( 'content', get_post_format() ); endwhile; // Previous/next post navigation. fashionbuzz_pagination(); else : // If no content, include the "No posts found" template. get_template_part( 'no-results', 'index' ); endif; ?> </div> </div> <div class="col-md-3"> <div class="sidebar"> <?php get_sidebar(); ?> </div> </div> </div> </div><div class="clear"></div> <?php get_footer(); ?>
Thank You
