    How do I customise the menu items in the right of the sample page, can find the settings anywhere

    Hi

    First you need to add some pages by go to Pages >> Here you can add some pages.
    Then go to Appearance >> Menu >> Create menu name primary and add some pages and check the below checkbox as theme location primary. So the pages you have selected will display in the menu bar.
