Responsive header and footer not full-width on Ipad

Hello again,

I also have issues with the responsive design.
Header and footer do not stretch over the whole screen when viewing the site on Ipad in landscape orientation but empty space on the right side.
Also the slider images do not stretch. They are sized 1440x450px.

Could you please help out?
