Removing "Recent Posts" Bar

Hi. I have the precious lite pro theme, and I want my website to look like an actual website with a blog section, but not a full out blog, if that makes sense. However I can’t get rid of this large gray block at the bottom of the page that displays “recent posts”.

Is there a special code to put in or something I have to disable?
