Remove "Home" Menu Link from Header

I have my primary menu unchecked and am using the custom header widget area for my menu. However, a “home” link remains in the header area where the primary menu would be below the widget menu. How can I remove this?

Go to Appearanace >> Menu >> Here you can find all menus so you need to remove custom home menu link.

I’ve tried this and I’m still having trouble removing the default Home menu item on the Foundations theme. Please help.
