Relief Theme Header Image not appearing

Not sure why the header image isn’t appearing. I’ve uploaded some, chose to randomize. I haven’t messed with any code or anything, just the standard settings and such. http://www.katherineherzog.com is the site. No Header image. Any ideas why?
