Precious Lite Pro – Our Team

First:
After i tried myself in editing the “our team” section in–> Theme options i can not go back to the normal setting before.

I type in the shortcode “[ourteam]” but on the website you see a thin line around the post and the team members are not lined up.
Looks more than like steps.

Second Question:
How can i set my “our team” page up so if i click on a team members picture it will be directet to my Site called “Team”
