Nivo slider Travern Pro

Hi,

I have three images in the Nivo slider, all are 500px height. When i look at the frond i notice the slider is resizing. Maybe this becomes because the images has different width? Can i prevent this is happening?

There is a lot of white space below the slider, where can i remove this?
