    does anyone know how to remove the inner page banner so a large blank space doesn’t appear when no image is selected, OR know how to customize the inner page banner to allow a different banner on each page?

    Hi

    If you want different banner on each page.
    Go to Pages >> Select page >> Here you can add feature image so it will display on that page.
