Looking for where to set color opacity for hover (drop down) coloring

Hello Flythemes,
This is for Church Pro theme.
Will try to put in a image of my issue.

I have a top menu with drop downs that come down on top of underlying text. But I’d like the drop down color to be more opaque so the text from below doesn’t bleed through as much. This would help to make reading the drop down more clear. I think there is a place to do this, but can’t seem to find it.
Is it possible to set this opacity?

I did find the spot where I could set the opacity for the hover color. I set opacity to ‘1’ and that is perfect. Thank you very much.
