i think you misunderstand or maybe we’re misunderstanding each other but i’ve already removed widgets and on my pages the sidebar still appears and so it shows ‘customer testimonials’ and ‘delicious cupcakes’ and I don’t know where or how to remove since I have already gone to appearance-widgets and removed but its still there? please let me know. thanks.

The sidebar is coming from the index file and we need to remove it from file. Please send your site URL and the login details to our support email so we can do that.
