Issue after upgrading php

After upgrading to php 8.1 we know get a variable error in the middle of the page (Warning: Undefined variable $shwgridcol in /homepages/14/d892700389/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyMassageSite/wp-content/themes/relief-pro/inc/main-shortcode/team-members.php on line 223)

how do we fix this?

$shwgridcol = '';
