On all my blog posts, I am coming up with double H1 tags and it is in the page source, not my text.
This is giving me alerts on my on-page analysis and I would like to know what can be done to remove this issue effectively.

First of all we need to check that is other H1 tags coming from any plugin or not then we can replace those H1 with H2 or else.
