I don’t see a way to search this forum so I don’t know whether or not this has been asked and answered.
Using Corporate Lite. I’ve selected pages for the front page feature boxes but the theme just grabs text from the selected pages and uses that in the feature boxes. Is there a way to customize that text? Or even to simply limit it to a sentence or two?
Anybody? Please? It would be tremendously helpful to me to be able to customize the text in the Feature Boxes so that it’s shorter, sweeter, and snappier than the “found text” on the linked-to page.
Please excuse the duplicate follow-up message. I wasn’t seeing it displayed after I submitted it the first time and I don’t see a way to delete it now.
My issue is that the four Feature Boxes widgets simply grab the text content that appears on the target page. We’d like to substitute a short, punchy description of the page. The site visitor can read the actual page content – properly formatted – after following the link.
Sure we can do that for this we need to enable the excerpt box for displaying the substitute content. Kindly send us the site url and the login details to support@flythemes.net so we can do that asap.
